Our Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing your use of our website. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.   • The manpower and housekeeping personnel to be deployed in each shift will be determined by the area to be covered.
  • Manpower and housekeeping will be deployed within 15 days from the date of receipt of confirmed written orders from you.
  • Manpower and housekeeping personnel deployed at your establishment will be employees of our organization for all practical purposes and they shall not be employed or absorbed In to your employment for what so ever reasons.
  • Manpower and housekeeping personnel will perform in 8hrs shift or day for 6 days observing 7th day as weekly paid holiday/ off, which shall be born by you.
  • Payment should be made by 5th of every month either through RTGS/NEFT, DD or banker’s Cheque.
  • This contract is valid for a period of one year with open option to renew on expiry Contract can be terminated by either party by given one month advance notice.
  • The manpower and housekeeping personnel will be changed or replaced based on their alertness and performance and on specific written complaints from you, with the assurance of Efficient service round the clock.
  • RATES: As per the Annexure.
  • Adm. Charges: 12% (Negotiable).
  • GST applicable on Gross Billing
